It was brought to our attention that another Australian business is using the business name "Gumby Gumby" for their Facebook page. We are getting inquiries from people who are confusing that page with the page of our business.
We are not affiliated in any way with the other Gumby Gumby Facebook page. We are not liable for any sales or actions by that business or for any medical claims on their Facebook page that might violate Australia's TGA laws.
We registered the business and domain name "Gumby Gumby" in 2006 and our page was verified by Facebook as the authentic page. You can find our page at www.facebook.com/gumbygumbyproducts.
The Gumby Gumby Logo is a registered trademark ® of GumbyGumby.com.
You may place you order over our website using Paypal, Visa or Master Card.
You will be given the option to pay using either a credit card or via PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to pay. To pay using a credit card, please select either Visa or MasterCard option. If your credit card is attached to a PayPal account, it will automatically ask you to pay using your PayPal account. If your card is not attached to a PayPal account you will be asked to fill in your details.

If you do not have a credit card or PayPal account, we currently accept Australian money orders or personal cheques made payable to "Gumby Gumby".

You will be charged Australia postal rates for the total weight of your order, plus a handling fee which is built into the calculations. You will be billed in Australian Dollars including any currency exchange charges.

Please choose carefully! - We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong selection, because we have to destroy all the products returned to us.
Due to health regulations, all our products are food and cosmetics and are non-refundable unless the packaging or contents are faulty (broken bottle or jars, or broken or damage parcel).
Conditions of return, if applicable:
The return of goods must be authorised prior to any return or exchange.
If reason for return of goods is due to being damaged or faulty, they must be returned with our original packaging for evidence, plus your complaint form to Australian Post if the parcel was damaged at delivery or pick up.
The return must be within 7 working days of delivery of the goods.
Returned items will not be credited where poor packaging by the customer results in faulty goods being broken or damaged in return transit.
Only faulty items will be credited or exchanged.
"Best Before" dates are listed on our products as a guide only. These products have a "best before date" so that the consumer may use them during their most potent and beneficial period.
We sometimes provide free samples, however free samples are provided at our discretion, and may not be included in every order.
